Mr. Cole has a decade of experience in the energy and infrastructure sectors focused in all aspects of public and private finance.
Prior to joining Nacero in 2021, Mr. Cole was in the Energy Investment Banking group at Jefferies where he provided advisory services to public and private energy companies, including A&D buy-side and sell-side, corporate M&A, restructuring, and public and private capital raises primarily in the upstream, midstream, and energy transition sectors. In his time at Jefferies, Mr. Cole successfully executed over $3 Billion in headline transaction value. Mr. Cole started his career at Cadence Bank (NYSE: CADE) in Houston, Texas helping to grow the bank’s commercial banking platform within the Midstream & Petrochemicals group. While at Cadence, Mr. Cole assisted in quadrupling the group’s portfolio and saw the bank transition into a publicly traded enterprise.
Mr. Cole holds a B.B.A. in Finance with a Minor in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School in New York City.
