George Andrush

VP, Process Technology and Operations

Mr. Andrush has more than 35 years of experience in the refining, petrochemical, and fuels production industries working in process design, technical support, facility operations, and business development.

In his current role with Nacero, Mr. Andrush is responsible for interfacing with process technology licensors to evaluate available technology offerings and coordinate selection of the optimal technology applications for the Nacero facilities. He also guides the Project Execution Team in the development of processing schemes to meet technical and commercial objectives as well as incorporating operability and maintainability into the designs.

Mr. Andrush has over 35 years of experience in refinery and petrochemical unit process design, technical support, major project development, and operations. His process design, technical support and operations experience covers most major refinery units including Crude/Vacuum, Hydrotreating, Reforming, Hydrocracking, FCC, HF Alkylation, Sulfur Recovery and Refinery Utilities as well as petrochemical processes such as Propane Dehydrogenation (PDH), LNG Export facilities and Natural Gas to Hydrocarbons via methanol intermediate.  He has strong experience in technology development work with technology licensors and BEP, FEED & EPC work both as Senior Engineer and Process Manager providing technical oversight along with being responsible, for planning, scheduling, and budgeting activities.

Mr. Andrush has a Bachelor of Science, Chemical Engineering, from Bucknell University in Lewisburg, PA.
